The Details

Translation "Lost whites," Biancosperso is a blend of native local white varieties from the area around Lake Bolsena. Grapes like Procanico (Trebbiano Toscano), Rossetto (Trebbiano Giallo), and Malvasia Bianca Longa are found in the mix. Grapes are hand-harvested they are destemmed and macerate on the skins for 5 days prior to pressing to fiberglass for 6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5%ABV
