Featherweight biodynamic Cinsault from Julien Peyras in the Languedoc's l'Herault. Grapes are hand-harvested from 55 year-old vines, destemmed, macerate for 2 weeks prior to pressing and aging in tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.4% ABV
