The Details
From Swabia in Southern Germany, this is composed of 2/3 Riesling, 1/3 Kerner. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously ferment in stainless steel prior to aging also in steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 (>10ppm). 12.5% ABV
