The Details
Skin-contact pét-nat from Julien Albertus of Kumpf & Meyer! 70% Pinot Gris, 30% Auxerrois. Grapes are hand-harvested, and macerate for ~2 weeks prior to pressing. Bottled a la ancestral method (prior to completion of primary fermentation), finishing fermentation to dryness under crown-cap. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
