The Producer: La Grange du Nord

Agneray was born in the Nord department, which is located in the Hauts-de-France region of France and shares a border with Belgium. After spending several years in Paris studying literature and enjoying the local wine bars, he developed a strong interest in wine. This passion led him to the Loire region, where he worked with La Grange aux Belles. Eventually, he settled in Sabran, in the Gard department, and began his own winemaking journey in 2013. Agneray's love for arts and culture is evident in his wine labels, which often reference famous figures such as Faulkner and Alain Bashung. Initially starting with a 3-hectare plot called Saint-Pons, his domain has now expanded to include 8.5 hectares of vineyards in production.
