The Details
The two most beautiful plots of the small estate have 30-year-old vines planted on them. One is sloping, east-facing and very rocky; the other is a clearing of 30 acres in the middle of the woods. Mitan is 50% grenache grapes with a 14-day maceration and 50% whole cluster grenache with a 12-day maceration. The wine is combined in spring with no filtration, and no fining.
