From 26 varieties of wild apples from central Vermont and the Champlain Valley fermented with La Crescent and Frontenac Gris skins. The cider was bottled at low brix in the spring of 2023. Never disgorged.
Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10% ABV
