The Details
Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from biodynamically farmed bush vines at elevation in North Yuba, Sierra Foothills. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment and age for 4 years in neutral barrel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additonal SO2.
