The Details

100% Frappato from 20+ year-old vines planted over clay/sandstone. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 2 weeks and spontaneously ferment prior to pressing to concrete vat for maturation for 6-9 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
