The Details

Nero d'Avola / Frappato from organically grown vines in the sandstone/clay soils outside San Michele di Ganzaria. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 1 month prior to pressing and spontaneously ferment in neutral wooden cask for 1 year prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
