The Details

Nero d'Avola, Frappato, and a garnish of Moscato planted over sandy soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a few hours prior to pressing to vat for spontaneous fermentation and a several month maturation. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
