The Details

100% Aglianico from southern Puglia biodynamically (synergistically) cultivated in a pergola training system. Grapes are hand-harvested, crushed, and destemmed and macerate for a few weeks before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
