The Details

100% biodynamically farmed Susumaniello from old-vines in Puglia. Grapes are destemmed and softly crushed. Spontaneous fermentation starts in stainless steel tank macerating with the skins for 36 hours. Bottled a la ancestral method unfined unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
