An eau de vie, or grape brandy, from the wizard of distilling himself, Laurent Cazottes.

From Laurent:
"Native, our Mauzac rose brandy draws its spirit from overripe grapes.

Disbudding in spring, green harvesting in summer, raisined grapes, this grape brandy deserves covetousness and application. Sorting, manual destemming of the grapes, light pressing and incomplete natural fermentation, allow the residual sugars to be distilled and distinguish themselves drop by drop.
