The Details
An eau de vie, or grape brandy, from the wizard of distilling himself, Laurent Cazottes.
From Laurent:
Brandy made from the ancient grapes of the ancestral Prunelart grape variety certified organic by Qualité France.
Made from an old Gaillacois grape variety reintroduced by the Plageoles family, the grapes are harvested after passing through, this very aromatic, vinous brandy stands out from other grape brandies by its spicy notes.
