The Details
Grenache/Syrah/Carignan from organically cultivated vines in Jajakistan (Roussillon). Grapes are hand-harvested and carbonically macerate for 3 weeks in fiberglass before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 10 months thereafter all in fiberglass. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
