About the wine
Every year the special exception of the Prüfer range, the white is unlike anything else we taste. Lean but with a real heart of fruit you don't often find in Chardonnay.
Tech: 100% Chardonnay from four separate harvests (underripe-overripe) that he then separately carbonically macerates prior to blending and being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. 12% ABV
