The Details
100% biodynamically Savagnin from a micro-parcel of 20ish year-old vines in Château Chalon (a parcel shared by François Rousset-Martin). Old Meursault barrels for fermentation and ~1 year aging ouillè. 0/0 as with all the whites post 2020. Very, very tasty. Sculptural Savagnin with flint and bite and muscle and lift. Really well delineated ouillè Savagnin!
