The Details

50% Terret Blanc, 40% Terret Gris, 10% Cinsault from organically cultivated old-vines on clay/limestone around Fontès. Grapes are hand-harvested, lightly crushed and whole-bunch 1-week co-maceration/spontaneous fermentation before pressing. Aged 8 months in demi-muid before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10% ABV
