100% Carignan biodynamically cultivated on schist in Carbrières. Old vines (75+ years-old). Half-crushed whole-bunch spontaneous fermentation/maceration for 1 week with the other half being directly pressed. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
