The Details

Roussanne/Marsanne/Viognier from biodynamically farmed vines in the Northern Rhône. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to stainless steel tank for spontaneous fermentation and 8 months aging before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
