The Details

'Amorpaz' aka 'Crazy in Love' is 100% Grechetto from 50+ year-old, biodynamically cultivated vines in Umbria. The one and only bottling of this wine from them, ever. 90% of the grapes were macerated for 5 days and 10% of the berries macerated for 7 months, all in demijohns. Spontaneously fermented, blended, and aged thereafter for 11 months in stainless steel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
