The Details

Mainly Chardonnay with a little Sauvignon Blanc from biodynamically cultivated vines planted in the limestone/volcanic soils of the Auvergne courtesy of natural wine legends Marie et Vincent Tricot. Grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented and aged for a short period of time in a variety of neutral vessels (tank/neutral barrel). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5%ABV
