The Details

From Marie and Vincent Tricot who tend 10.5 hectares of vines around the village of Orcet in the Auvergne. 100% Pinot Noir hand-harvested from vines grown in clay, limestone and volcanic marl soils. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in barrique before a few months of élevage, also in barriques. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV.
