The Details

100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically cultivated vines in Znojmo in the south of the Czech Republic. Grapes are hand-harvested, semi-carbonically macerate for 10 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral barrel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
