The Details

Named Carafa for its intended drinking style: decanted into a carafe to share at the table, this is 100% Saint Laurent from biodynamically cultivated vines in Znojmo, southern Czechia. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster semi-carbonically macerate for 10 days in open-top wooden fermenters. Pressed to neutral oak and Moravian amphorae for 1 year élevage before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
