The Details

Veltlinske Zelene aka Gruner Veltliner from biodynamically cultivated vines in Znojmo, Southern Moravia, Czechia. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently foot crushed and spontaneously fermented and aged in Moravian amphorae and neutral barrel for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
