The Details
100% Welschriesling from biodynamically cultivated vines near the top of the Knizeci Vrch vineyard in Martin's hometown in Znojmo, Czechia. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch directly pressed to Moravian amphorae and neutral barrel for spontaneous fermentation and 1 year élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
Comes from plots located at the top of the slope vineyard Knížecí vrch in Hnanice. Made from vineyard in organic cultivation. Znojmo wine region.
Making of (2022, 2023): Grapes are hand-picked. Fermented and matured in Moravian amphorae and French oaks. No filtration, no clarification. Zero added sulfur.
