Riesling / Silvaner / Chardonnay / Pinot Blanc / Pinot Noir from Flonheim. Grapes are biodynamically cultivated on older vines, hand-harvested,directly pressed and the juice spontaneously ferments and ages in large format wood, some new and some old oak. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
