The Details

From organically cultivated vines in the Rheinhessen, this is a co-ferment of Blauer Portugieser and Scheurebe. Grapes see a short co-maceration prior to pressing. Aged for 6-9 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
