The Details
100% organically cultivated Pinot Gris from the Rheinhessen. Grapes are hand-harvested, slowly directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in a combination of stainless steel tank and neutral barrel for 10-12 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
