The Details

Parcellaire Riesling from 60 year-old vines at 330m elevation in Flonheim. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to neutral barrel for spontaneous fermentation and an élevage of 14 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
