60% Xarel.lo, 20% Macabeo, 15% Sumoll, 5% Parellada all biodynamically cultivated in Catalonia. Flagship sparkler for this remarkable producer in the Pénedes. Fruit is hand-harvested, directly pressed, spontaneously ferments and ages in stainless steel tank prior to bottling and resting in bottle sur lie for 32 months. Disgorged in June.
