The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated bush-vines of 56 year-old Xarel.lo planted in limestone soils at 300m elevation in the Penedes. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerated for 24 hours prior to pressing to stainless steel tank for spontaneous fermentation. Aged 7 months thereafter also in stainless steel (sur lie). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
