The Details
Quite rare, I've actually never had this wine. Single parcel Muscat Petits-Grains from vines planted to pure red schistous soils (damn!) - vines are some of the earliest ripening he works with meaning this should retain quite good acidity despite the Muscat and 3-week maceration of it all - though again that is the magic of how he works I suppose!
