Brutal!!!! This is 100% Macabeu grown on 70 year-old vines in red schistous soils that sees a 3-week whole-cluster maceration prior to pressing, a single racking into demi-muid where the wine finishes spontaneous fermentation and a short maturation. Zero/zero. 11.5%ABV
