The Details

Roussillon. Macabeu, Muscat d’Alexandrie and Muscat Petit Grain from a single vineyard site named after the wine. Grapes are hand-harvested and ferment whole cluster with wild yeasts in concrete tank. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
