The Details
Roussillon. Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris and Macabeu. The grapes are hand-harvested from a single vineyard site, for which the wine is named after, and then are co-fermented whole cluster in concrete for 3 days. After a final pressing, the wine is racked back into concrete for aging. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
