From the Romanissa vineyard, this is 100% Lledoner Pelut (Catalonian "hairy" Grenache - a sub-variety of Grenache known for the downy, furry character of its leaves ergo its name. 40 year-old vines planted in red schistous soils. Whole-cluster, 4-day maceration in fiberglass is followed by pressing, a single racking and fermenting/undergoing a short élevage in demi muid. Zero/zero. 12%ABV
