The Details

100% Tinta Mariblanca, a nearly extinct variety native to the vineyards of Zamora. The biodynamically farmed grapes are derived here from 2 vineyards, aged 60 and 100 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in tank before bottling unfined, unfiltered,  no additional SO2, undisgorged. Full pét-nat - primary fermentation finishes under crown-cap in bottle. 11.9% ABV
