The Details

40+ year-old vines of biodynamically cultivated Savagnin planted over grey marl soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously fermented/aged in old cask of various sizes for over two years. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
