The Details

100% Pinot Noir 25 year-old vines planted in the limestone soils of the Au Moullier parcel in Augea, Jura. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster spontaneously fermented/macerated prior to pressing. Maturation for 8 months in demi-muid prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
