1 BTL OF JACOB OVERALL / CUSTOMER

100% Pinot Noir biodynamically cultivated in the Aux Perrières vineyard. Vines are 24 years-old and planted to triassic marl soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunchy spontaneously fermented without punchdowns or pumpovers in demi-muid prior to 8 month élevage also in demi-muid. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
