The Details

100% Trousseau from 2 parcels around Augea in the Jura. 50% limestone in Au Mouiller, 50% marly in Les Chazaux. Vines are 40-50 yearsold. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and spontaneously fermented in fiberglass tank prior to aging 9 months in used barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
