From Nuria Renom who works in the Massís del Garraf in Catalonia's Alt-Penedes. 

30% Chardonnay, 30%Muscat, 30% Parellada. The Chardonnay & Parellada are directly pressed while the Muscat sees a 12-day maceration prior to pressing. The juices spontaneously ferment separately prior to blending and a short rest in neutral wood for several months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11%ABV
