The Details

100% Pelaverga Piccolo from the commune of Verduco in the Roncagliette Vineyard. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless and concrete before a short settling in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10-20ppm before bottling, max) added SO2.
