About the wine
70% Grenache, 30% Vermentino (directly pressed) from vines grown just south of Clermont-l'Hérault in Southern France's Languedoc. The Grenache sees whole-bunch, cold carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, blended with the vermentino and the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2 added.
