The Details

100% biodynamically cultivated Merlot in Cissac-Médoc on sandy limestone soils. 40-80 year-old vines. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a few weeks before pressing. Aged 2 years in neutral 500L barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10-15ppm) added SO2. 13.5% ABV
