The Details
A bizarre, beautiful wine composed of 'fragments' of 'ferments' (Fermenti x Frammenti) - a blend, therefore, of various wines in the cellar to create a kind of secret de cave. Primarily Carignano & Monica grown in a few different parcels of Gianfranco's. Some fermenting tanks were added to already-fermented tanks to kickstart a newfound fermentation and this was transferred to barrel, a barrel would be transferred back to tank, so on and so forth for about 2 years. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
