From a very small producer in Galicia who only utilizes tinaja (Spanish Amphorae) in the cellar for spontaneous fermentation and aging, this is a co-fermented red composed of 80% Garnacha Tintorera & 20% Palomino. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
